I was part of the “Battling Censorship and Breaking the Silence” breakout session panel for the 2017 Emerge Media Rehab conference at the University of Guelph-Humber. A few of my colleagues from The Varsity and I spoke on our editorial, “The media and the message“, and our coverage of free speech controversies on campus.
